Don’t waste your money on this company. John came out last week to clean my carpet and did a terrible job. First off, I was quoted $160 to clean and deodorize the carpet in 4 Bedrooms a hallway and stairs. Then when they arrived they told me it would be $230. I let them proceed because we needed the job done, however John did not clean the carpet in any of the closets, he didn’t even try to get out the one stain we had in our master bedroom, he didn’t clean behind any doors, and did not deodorize the carpet on the stairs. Very friendly and respectful
Recently had this company perform their services at our location, at first arrival he stated he was in a hurry to fit in another client. Days after the service, the carpets looked worse than when he started. When attempting to call and politely ask for a refund I was hung up on when I informed the lady about what the man said when he arrived about in a hurry. Tried calling the number 2 times since and I get no answer. This company is an unprofessional joke.
