Terrible Experience
Susan Rugg is one of the worst salesperson I've ever met or spoked too.she smells nothing but cigarette! Me and my husband wanted to just walk out.but bought a small remnant since that's what we're were going for.a guy named Cruz on the warehouse was really nice to us and helped us on on every way on how to install the piece of carpet.even the warehouse man was better dressed than salesman Susan.
Condescending clerk -- really ticked me off! I was looking at paint a couple of weeks ago, minding my own business, needed NO help, and this woman employee came up to me and whispered in a very condescending manner "Can I tell you a secret? See those little paint cards at the front of the aisle -- well, you take those to the guy mixing the paint and he'll make it for you. We don't carry ALL of those colors." I couldn't believe it. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! Mr. Azad quoted me a price for cleaning and appraisal of $120 per rug. I had a 6th rug I needed repaired where the colors were washed out. I explained this to Mr. Azad. He told me tea staining was a technique that would bring back the colors of the rugs and suggested some nice rug padding that would protect my rugs from wear and tear. I agreed.
