I had tenants who used Steamlux's carpet services but the result came out poorly as they didn't provide space for cleaning nor did they allow for it to dry once done. We contacted Aaron and explained the issue. Once the tenants moved out, he promptly came back out free of charge and did an absolutely wonderful job, the carpet looks almost brand new again. He was also able to fix a couple of burn holes. I couldn't imagine a company with a better or more responsive professional service.
On time and very friendly and my carpets turned out great. Will be using them again.
