RecommendedThe unit and controls work very nicely. I've had the unit now for over x2 years. It is a bit expensive, but when relaxing in my custom made steam room (sans shower) it's heaven.
FYI - for those in Metro Atlanta considering Steamist, know that there is only ONE approved repairman in the entire area and he is extremely unresponsive. I've been waiting over 3 months for an appointment and have decided to go with a new alternative brand instead of continuing the hassle.
I am very happy with this product - for several reasons: For the past 10+ years the system has worked flawlessly. For some reason it stopped working last week. The tech support team walked me through trouble shooting the unit, helped me order parts (Amazon!!!). The parts arrived today - I installed them and I am back in business!! GREAT Product and even better SERVICE!!!!!!!!
