I will definitely use this company again!! For both, my home and business anytime I need the carpet cleaned. We had Steamex-Eastern of Toledo come out to our business to clean 2 rooms. They were here on time, were extremely professional, and did an excellent job! I was amazed that they were able to get the stains out of one of the rooms. We had tried everything on these unknown stains, and each product used just made them worse. Great Work Cleaned carpet in the office, master bedroom, large area rug in great room, stairs and hall. They were able to schedule me the same week that I called. Blake was prompt and very professional and courteous, he also spent a lot of time explaining things to me about stains and wear patterns while he worked. Excellent Service & Workmanship!!! Blake arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was diligent in removing several stains and my carpeting looked brand new when he left. Also, pricing was very reasonable.
Steamex-Eastern did a fantastic job! Blake, the serviceman was prompt, professional, friendly, and noted all the stains/worn areas. He was able to get out just about every stain, and the carpets look great for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone living in the Toledo area!
Always Awesome!!! We use his services twice a year for the last sixteen to eighteen years. Their work was just awesome. My sister and I have used their services many times. His costs are very reasonable. The owner is always there to do the job and he is very friendly. Our carpet is white and we have animals. Every time he has the carpets cleaned, they look brand new.
