Had a situation that happened - Brian was amazing.. he took care of it.. was very understanding , respectful ..courteous [even when I wasn't - because I was angry] his workers did a good job on my elderly grandfather's carpet. And I am happy Brian was able to handle our misunderstanding/issue and went above and beyond to do it. From my info-gathering call, to booking, to job process and completion, and to billing, I received prompt, friendly, timely, efficient service. Our stairs to the basement, plus 2 basement rooms received a thorough cleaning which removed stair-rise dark spots resulting from outdoor footwear, and several stains from food spills over several years. Great care was taken to prevent possible wall and baseboard damage. Kudos to both Brian and his team. We’ve no hesitation in recommending them.
Brian and his team are amazing, they were able to come right away, very efficient, very friendly and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them in the future and I will be using their services again if needed. I got a loveseat off market place and reeked of smoke. My place already smells 100 perfect better!!
Steamers did a great job cleaning our large sectional couch, area rugs, and stairs!
