5 stars (I’d give more if I could) for Brian and his team. Brian was wonderful at quoting the work and following up. Gee and Nathan were so professional, polite and conscientious. We had two light-coloured arm chairs cleaned that had some heavy stains. They did an amazing job cleaning them, but on one chair there was a small mark remaining (it wasn’t noticeable until the chair dried). I had two area rugs my dog had soiled and I couldn't get the smell out after several cleaning attempts. I called Steamers and they came the next day to clean and deodorize the rugs. They were quick, friendly, and professional. My rugs are clean and smell great! They followed up to ensure customer satisfaction and I really appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I'll definitely be calling them again for carpet and rug cleanings. 5 stars!
Had a situation that happened - Brian was amazing.. he took care of it.. was very understanding , respectful ..courteous [even when I wasn't - because I was angry] his workers did a good job on my elderly grandfather's carpet. And I am happy Brian was able to handle our misunderstanding/issue and went above and beyond to do it.
