I cannot recommend Steam Doctor & Keegan highly enough. In all of my contact with Keegan he has been nothing but friendly, professional, and helpful! If you are in NE Ohio and need carpet cleaning or restoration work completed this is the company for you!
Excellent service. Very friendly and reliable. May cost more than the other companies but you get the quality work you want. You won’t be disappointed.
Steamdoctor did a good job steam cleaning our tile bathrooms and was reasonably priced, but we have had ongoing problems with grout repair and silicone sealing of our tub. Keegan has returned twice to reseal, but the silicone sealant continues to peel off.
Keegan was friendly and professional and did fantastic work cleaning my basement carpet. I would definitely call him again!
