Not a good experience. The technician was super nice but epic fail on the service. The job was fairly simple, clean two flights of stairs in my condo. When the job was complete I asked the tech why he didn't clean the edges of the stairs and got a BS answer. I was afraid that the area clean would show a water stain from where he did and didn't clean. Well, just as I suspected there is permanent water staining in the side areas that he missed. I had my downstairs rooms cleaned the week before Thanksgiving, and the carpets turned out quite well given their age. Travis was very friendly and, without additional charge, cleaned the bottom three stairs of my staircase so they would better match the carpet below. Very pleased with the final result!

Teague was courteous, professional and he did his job well. My carpets were cleaned. However i paid for 4 rooms and got 3 rooms done, the owner was rude. When he first started up the hose the horrible sewer smell filled my house. But after sometime the smell went away and the carpets were smelling fresh.

I’ve been going to SteamCo for the past few years now not only is their work amazing their prices fair. They are very professional and considerate. I have two stinky dogs and a high sense of smell, but my couch and place always smell amazing when their work is done!! Highly recommend SteamCo :))
