Hi, it’s pretty sad that you don’t take orders over the phone. Your site is a pain. It takes less time to call and place an order then navigate through that site of yours.

“This was the worst customer service and ordering experience I’ve ever had. SteamBrite Supply made the process frustrating from start to finish — poor communication, delays, and no real help when I needed support. I would not recommend them based on this experience.” I wish they had minus review

I accidentally ordered duplicate items from this company and asked to return one. The product was never opened or used, but I was told their policy requires a 25% restocking fee, even for unused items. I filed a dispute for only one item but lost, so I kept the product since I had already paid for it. Afterwards, the owner Donald Cook left an unprofessional and false review on my business page, which I found very upsetting. I personally would not recommend this company based on my experience.
