Our condo had bed bugs and the agency was non-responsive. Also, the rental license said they were approved for 5 people and they were listing it as available for 10 people. No help with post-stay bed bug mitigation…not even sure they fumigated between our stay and the next folks because there was not call back like we were promised twice.
Cool place but shuttles are super unreliable. They will tell you “it’s on loop” and let you stay waiting for 30+ minutes not exaggerating
Tried to get a hold of somebody locally around dinnertime & eventually got answering service in another country. Simply wanted to report an issue with one of their shuttles. It's sad that this is what "local" businesses have become.
DO NOT BOOK. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I booked with Vacasa and when I asked for a refund only a few days after the cancellation date due to a personal injury, they offered nothing. >$1K down the drain and the company has three weeks to rebook my dates. Very disappointed. I can't imagine how they'd treat guests if this is their approach to my situation.
