Tried to rip us off. Not only will I never go there again with my personal or work trucks, but I am going to spread the word. Took my Promaster in because the heater quit working. I am busy and was willing to pay since it was winter. They told me it was the heater core and the fix was $4500. Didn't seem right to me, so I took it home and googled it (after paying $280 to "diagnose"). Blend door actuator issues are common. Took me 2 minutes to figure out that was the issue. They’re gonna over charge you to get everything wrong and then overcharge you to fix the mistakes. Lame.
I had an amazing experience with Steamboat Motors. From the moment I clicked on to their site just as soon as the light came they were back in touch with me. Not only was Robert the cowboy guy the most friendliest guy I've met but he sent me a video personally showing me the car I was searching. They went out of their way to be able to get me the car that weekend that I needed it. Jackie kuchyt is absolutely amazing at her job! I definitely recommend her if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. She’s very down to earth and answered all of my questions.
