Had a great long weekend at Unit 3. The shuttle is great and very convenient for getting up to the mountain and into town. The walk to the mountain isn’t bad either, along a nice trail and takes about 12 minutes to get to the base area. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items, board games and more and very comfortable. Sboat lodging was great too, quick to respond to texts and help coordinate and receive grocery delivery etc. Would definitely go again and also stay here.
The service was beyond expectations. Everything from pre-check in to support and shuttle service was excellent. I have to mention Jill, Margaret and Kami in the office and Travis, Taylor, Davis and David in the shuttle as exceptional. Probably forgetting some of the other shuttle drivers and office staff but everyone was great.
Stayed at Waterside Village property managed by Steamboat Lodging Company for our most recent ski trip. A great property with a great location. Folks at SLCo were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Property better than advertised. Previously stayed with other companies on Steamboat that were very good, but this was by far the best.
We’ve rented a lot of homes over the years and I can truthfully say that the Steamboat Lodging company team is the best I’ve ever worked with. They are extremely responsive if there is an issue, and communication is easy and direct. The home we rent is very well cared for with improvements every year. A great experience!
Had a great stay this past week at one of Steamboat Lodging Companies properties. Great customer service, and responsiveness through the entire process including helping us book transportation from the airport. We also used the SB Shuttle service multiple times every day to get to the mountain and around town. All of the drivers were great to us and our kids and the service and app makes everything very smooth and easy. Highly recommend staying at one of SBLCO's properties!
