They met us in the parking lot when we pulled up and helped take all of our belongings to the pontoon right away. After spending a few minutes telling us about the boat and how everything worked, we were on our way. The lake was not crowded and the weather was beautiful. My husband did not catch any fish, but had a great time trying. They were there when we pulled up to dock the boat and again helped us with all our belongings.
