Disappointing service. I placed an online order from out of state for my elderly mother who recently had a stroke and is in nursing care for her 87th birthday. I included a detailed note about the recipient and situation, and asked if they'd text a photo of the arrangement being delivered. Walked in to Steamboat Floral in July 2025 and spoke with Gina. She was very welcoming and accepting of my requests. I gave Gina a smaller budget and free range to put together our bouquets for our October wedding. The flowers were stunning, simplen and beautiful. Two days before Valentine's Day, I decided I should send some flowers to my daughter in boarding school. I am in Louisiana. I used the online ordering thing and it was so easy. I really like how they asked for notes to the floral arranger. I made a few comments about what I was hoping for and I really felt "heard". The flowers were beautiful and exceeded my expectations.
