Horrible driver on the road. Came within a foot or two of our car while driving down the road into Casselman. Wouldn't stop tailgating my husband and I (and we were doing 10 over the limit). I turned around and mouthed 'back off' several times and the driver smiled and waved to me. Passenger started laughing at us. Dangerous driver, would never use a company that employs people like this.

Would not recommend. Driver really unprofessional on the Road. Trew a lighted smoke butch by the windows and came on my hood. No respect at all.

Steamatic did a great Job fixing the water damage in our basement. Water damage to the wall and small flood on our carpeted floor. Repaired the wall, removed the mold and wet carpet. Replaced the damaged wall and carpet and painted the room. It looks fantastic!! Bob was very professional and we are very happy with his work. Shout out to Russel as the point man, he was informative and got our wet carpet out fast and initial quick clean up. Thanks Steamatic!

The Initial response to flooding is fast and good! However, as time goes by during the repair service declines and actually management becomes difficult to discuss issues with the Company and some items that are not repaired the expectation. Unfortunately, the customer service declined in quality the more Stephane Lavictoire became present in the file. He is curt and dismissive.
