After our house fire, we hired Steamatic to help with the cleaning, salvage, mitigation, and inventory of our contents, and honestly the experience made an already devastating situation significantly worse. Good Afternoon, My name is Steve Wallace US Marine Corp (Retired). My next door neighbor recently had damage done to his home. Steamatic (SCM) San Antonio and it's contractor affiliates was awarded the job through His insurance. Steamatic was selected by DM Elite to do the tear down and water mitigation of a leak at our house. Cain Sconiers initially started with us handing off to Zach Hale to finish. Both were professional and excellent at their jobs. Zach and his crew put up plastic barriers to minimize the dust of tear down and floor removal. They worked with us to minimize floor replacement. the crew was capable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them for home water recovery.
