After our house fire, we hired Steamatic to help with the cleaning, salvage, mitigation, and inventory of our contents, and honestly the experience made an already devastating situation significantly worse. The inventory process was appalling. Countless items had little to no description, missing quantities, and many items had no photos taken at all. Good Afternoon, My name is Steve Wallace US Marine Corp (Retired). My next door neighbor recently had damage done to his home. Steamatic (SCM) San Antonio and it's contractor affiliates was awarded the job through His insurance.
