Good Afternoon, My name is Steve Wallace US Marine Corp (Retired). My next door neighbor recently had damage done to his home. Steamatic (SCM) San Antonio and it's contractor affiliates was awarded the job through His insurance. Steamatic was selected by DM Elite to do the tear down and water mitigation of a leak at our house. Cain Sconiers initially started with us handing off to Zach Hale to finish. Both were professional and excellent at their jobs. Zach and his crew put up plastic barriers to minimize the dust of tear down and floor removal. They worked with us to minimize floor replacement. the crew was capable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them for home water recovery.

Had an insurance situation where my flooring was flooded from a downstairs toilet. Steamatic replaced it and repaired the dry wall. They did an amazing job on my flooring. The project manager was very easy and cool to work with. He even taught me how to do dry wall and floor boards. The company itself has fantastic customer service. The ladies were very friendly to talk to, and gave suggestions on pricing. They are much cheaper than most companies I have seen and worked with. I definitely recommend them.
