I hired this company to clean my carpet, but I was very disappointed with the service. The first technician did a poor job, and although management promised to send someone else to fix the issue, the second visit was even worse. They stayed in my home for about an hour but never actually cleaned the carpet. On top of that, they walked through my house with their shoes on, which was unprofessional and unsanitary. I do not recommend this company—be careful who you hire.
