This company is the worst. We hired them to fix our kitchen after some water damage. 2 1/2 years later and it looks worse than when they started. We have had to hire other companies to come out and fix what they couldn't and wouldn't. They do not return phone calls, emails of written letters. I am shocked that a company would leave a job site in this state and think to themselves "I am proud of this work." I would not even hire them to clean my carpets, let alone any other kind of work. I called and set an appointment. On the day of my 11:30 appointment no one called or showed by 2pm. I called. They didn't have me in the system. Rescheduled for next day at 11:30 and was told someone would call at 11am. No one did. at 11:45pm called. Was told it could be as late as 1pm. I asked to speak to a manager. Wasn't in. I cancelled appointment. Manager called back. All he would say "Sorry". Never offered to make things right. Steamatic always does a great job for me. They show up on time. I couldn't be happier with their services.
I have been using Steamatic for several years. With one exception they've always done a great job on my carpets. The one time I was unhappy they were quick to resolve the issue I have pets but after my carpets are cleaned you'd never know it.
While the services were generally acceptable, we were not left overly impressed with the results. While ours was a fairly large project, the attention to detail could have been better. Also, the technicians smelled of cigarette smoke (not ideal for someone coming to clean your home).

We had our 17 yr. old carpets cleaned on Tues 8/8. The two-man crew were polite, fast, and thorough. My husband and I would gladly recommend steamatic. Thank You.
I am very happy with Steamatic performance on our carpets. They removed stains the previous carpet cleaners could not get out. The gentlemen were very professional and courteous. We can't say enough good things about our experience. We will be your loyal customers now and in the future.
