I had to have an insurance inspection completed after a burst pipe. Steamatic were great to deal with, giving me a call to let me know the process and when it would take place. Bradly rang me 30 minutes before arriving (which I asked for when the original call was made), he was very professional and explained what he was going to do, he did an outstanding job, ripping up the affected areas, making the remaining flooring safe and started the drying process before any further damage could occur. Had Steamatic complete a job for us after we were hit by flooding. Kayleen and her team - Addison, Lewis & Luke were amazing! They did an outstanding job and I was very impressed with the results.
