Efficient service & great communication.
Brayden and Marty were excellent. They arrived on time, were efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They genuinely tried to do all they could to assist me. Friendly as well and I highly rate them!
We had some water and mould damage recently in our home on our walls and carpet. Steamatic handled our job incredibly. The initial guys came and inspected where the moisture was affecting and were very thorough. We had a humidifier here for a few days. Afterwards they organised a carpet clean which was high quality service by Marty. He went above and beyond to return our carpets to a healthier and fresher feel. So very grateful for the top quality service we received. Highly recommend.
Appalling service, poor communication, conflict of interest as assessors and restorers, pricing is above industry standards.
