This company is HO-RRI-BLE, I had renovations done in my apartment, they had to move my belongings into a storage. The renovations have been done for 3 weeks and I still have no lead on how to recuperate my stuff. When you call, You land on a lady who tells you they will call to update you but THEY NEVER DO. They have changed the person in charge of the project without even letting me know. Super UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. do not recommend.

Vraiment mauvais service, plutôt après avoir changé de personne responsable deux fois, les réparations que le propriétaire a du entreprendre par lui-même pour trouver la source du problème. C’est réglé depuis plus de 3 mois, on attend encore une date pour le début des travaux. Aucune réponse aux courriels et messages vocaux et textos. Quand on appel au bureau on tombe sur un centre d’appel. Impossible de parlé à personne. L’incident remonte avant Noël dernier. Sous-sol toujours pas refait. Je ne vous recommande aucunement cette franchise! 3 ans après l’incident, aucun travaux n’avait été fait alors que quatre différents inspecteurs sont venus. À chaque fois, le dossier était à recommencer, car chaque employé quittait. Aucun suivi! Je n’ai jamais eu un service misérable de la sorte. L’assureur a donc enfin changé de compagnie! Pire expérience!
