Employees were awesome! On time went out of their way to not disrupt our kids and home!! We had our air ducts,carpets and truck seats cleaned! Can’t believe how good everything looks! Totally recommend getting your car carpets and seats cleaned!!
Professional and courteous employees! Best of all, my carpets look GREAT! A great value for the service for sure. I have also used them in the past for a water damage I had. My basement was flooded. Steamatic made it look new again. They dealt with my insurance company and made the tragedy I had to deal with very easy.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! So after reading through all of the reviews for this company my husband and I were excited to schedule with them to have all of our carpets cleaned (which was our first time) before our baby arrives. The two service technicians were professional and showed up on time. Within one hour they were completely finished (which I was kind of surprised by).
