Bad experience after a fire. This company was suggested by our insurance provider for demo. We had a limited insurance payout and so we proceeded based on the quote we received. The final figure was $10k higher than the quote and they didn't complete the job (left floor tiles in several areas). The final invoice indicated that they cleaned items that could be salvaged...like the toilets and bathtub but these items were NOT cleaned and had to be thrown out. Hired Steamatic through insurance after a flood ruined our floors. At the start, Peter was all smiles and promises — quick to answer calls, quick to sell the job, and full of talk about how Steamatic puts the customer first. Installation got done on time, and that’s about where the good part ends. Barely a month later, issues started showing up with the floor. That’s when Peter disappeared. I am blown away by the level of care and consideration from Sal and the team at Steamatic. From packing up all of our belongings in the area affected by a leak we had, to the contractors and the final cleanup, they made sure everything was handled and well-communicated. When I saw everything reorganized in our garage (where our items had been stored), almost identical to what it had been before the repairs, I was near tears. Thank you Sal, and the whole Steamatic team!

We are absolutely blown away by the service of Sal Grimaldi and his team. Working with Steamatic has been an overall wonderful experience from a situation that was not ideal. After a flood in our home causing extensive water damage, we were referred to Steamatic from our home insurance and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.
