Stay away from Steamatic and associated company John Lyng. Insurance work given to them has still not started 7 months after cyclone Alfred. Their assessment report was rife with basic mistakes, many broken promises and they damaged furniture with their incompetence.
Had Steamatic Brisbane out for a mould remediation job and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was on time, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. The techs were friendly, explained the process, and worked hard to make sure everything was done right. The place looks and feels so much better – highly recommend them for any restoration work.
Their team refused to help until my brown couch turned green, which meant it was too late for the rest of my contents. Lost everything. Also, dreadful experience with their labourers stealing.
