After recent rain and lounge flooding, steamatic, were in contact within 30 mins to check on us. Then the next day were here doing the clean up.
Great service and prompt assistance. I would definitely recommend using Steamatic.
They kept us waiting over an hour later then scheduled without any contact or update. When I called them to check on the progress, I got a "they are on their way" with no ETA or apologise. The girl on the phone was lovely but the service wasted time when a quick text to avoid it was all that was needed.
I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to after such good service from Richard over the past week. He turned up and was so positive and helpful after we returned from home to a flooded home. He returned twice during the week for follow up checks and removal of equipment also. Every visit he had been so polite, supportive and friendly. Richard has been a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to your company.
Richard from Steamatic was very professional & punctual. Explained all steps of drying wet carpet & wall. Highly recommended.
