When Al and Ostap placed our rugs in bags before removing them from our home we knew this was going to be exception service. The rugs came back in beautiful condition! They also steamed the grout in our showers. The discoloration is now gone. Protective covers were placed on our carpets and hardwood floors before using any of the steam cleaning equipment. We highly recommend Steam Wizards!
