Hello, I have to say this. Even though the staff picked my call all good. But the staff came to fix my carpet in Pittsburg kansas , brock the pipe line. Never shown up untill lunch time. Very irresponsible guy. I give 0 rating for that employee. I don't know about rest of this facility. This is an adding my experience again. I just called steamway executive to let them know the situation. First she said this work supposed to finish by monday and now it's Wednesday 2.43pm.
