UPDATE: 2 years later just to say we have used Oscar several times over the last few years and he is magnificent every time! Our carpets look fantastic, he is lovely to work with and has fair prices. We stopped using the lemon scent and for me, it’s much better! He calls me every time he is on the way and gives me an update of arrival time. Thank you for all the great work Oscar! NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I could leave 0 stars. The “owner” Oscar ruined my 6 month old couch, refused to take accountability for it and then ghosted us… The last time I spoke with the company on the phone said owner yelled over me and the entire time until he hung up and I still responded by text with the requested photos of couch. Waited to leave this review to see if he would reach out but that never happened. Service is AWFUL and the owner is a JOKE.
They were great at getting the job done, cleaning up, and communicating! The carpets looked great when they were done.

Our carpets look brand new again! This company did a great job and i will use them again. They were clean, through and courteous. They even brought a mop to clean away foot prints on the wood floors. Overall a good experience - My only issue was that they were 45 minutes late and didn’t call/text to let us know which disrupted work meetings we had scheduled (this is a pet peeve of mine, but I also think it’s just good business to let ppl know when you are going to be late).
