We hired them to clean a 8x10 rug that was less then a year old cause my dog vomited on it and thought it would be a good idea to go head and get the whole thing cleaned. I was told it would be 130ish however when the owner and Russ got here the owners said it would be a good idea to do a deep clean on it for 200$ cause it's white. I agreed, since he recommended it. Did a great job very nice
I had an area rug that the new puppy had made stains all over and it was already old as well. It looked brand new and smelled great! I highly recommend them!
I had dogs sat for a friend of mine and their dog had accidents while staying with us. We called steam wave to come out and take care of the pet stains and they came out and did amazing and smells so fresh and clean. Would recommend them to anyone.
I just want to say that Mr. Clay and Steam Wave Carpet & Upholstery care left my carpets and Hardwood floors looking brand new and sparkling clean!! My house smells amazing!! Mr. Clay was so knowledgeable and took care of business! I really appreciate everything!! Thank you so much!! Definitely FIVE STARS!!
