Lets just say you get what you pay for. I had air duct cleaning done and these jokers showed up with a shop vac with a brush attached to the end. When I asked how this worked the gentleman gave me the runaround and actually did not know the exact ins and outs of how this worked. I will never call these people again.
We have a cat and a dog, and desperately needed someone to steam-clean our sofa, two chairs and livingroom rug. Steam USA did a great job. Were going to hire them to clean our ducts, too.
