I have been using this carpet cleaning company for years, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They are always professional, reliable, and incredibly kind. No job is ever too much for them, and they genuinely go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. Super impressed with this company. Friendly, punctual, but more importantly, the results are excellent. Renee takes his time and does a great job. We have a light coloured sofa that has been very difficult to clean with stubborn stains over the years that previous companies were not able to remove, (3 young kids) and I was so surprised with how amazing it looks again- brand new. Will definitely use Steam Tech again.
EDIT: Just adding a 2026 update - these folks are still great; best in town. Been using them for the past 3 years and gets the job done well and at a great price too. Great service and value. They used professional grade equipment running pipes from their truck. Formerly part of the Sears carpet cleaning fleet. Carpets were cleaned efficiently. Will use them again.
