Highly recommend Steam Smart! Very responsive , arrived early, after calling to be sure we were ready. The technician was incredibly fast, neat and explained all options to be sure we were satisfied. Floors looked great and the price was very reasonable.
Great job, great price, & hard workers Victor and Kyle were just awesome. On time, cleaned 13 vents, & 1 very dirty register & most of all, Kyle unclogged our plugged up dryer vent. We apparently had an extreme case of not caring properly for this vent. They clean up too afterward too. Got quotes for their next cleaning adventure for us: grout/tile and carpeted rooms. I am very pleased with the entire service of getting my tile and grout cleaned. Originally I had to reschedule, so I called and the lady was very nice and helpful to get that done. Then the day arrives and the guys called me letting me know they were on their way, which was fantastic. They were both very nice and courteous (I feel bad I didn't get their names, I believe one was named Eric) they did an amazing job on my tile. The grout went from grimey black to almost white.
