Just had THE BEST experience!! I have used others in the past and have been left very unsatisfied as my couches did not look cleaned; left mold stains outside leaving them dirty; and actually ruined one of my very expensive indoor couches by using the wrong products leaving them permanently stained.. I was concerned my outdoor cushions from restoration hardware would all have to be tossed as they looked almost as bad as when the previous cleaner started when they were finished. Paul steam cleaned my area rugs, outdoor furniture, dining chairs, and bar stools. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the materials and how to clean them properly. Everything came out as good as new and I am so happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Paul for steam cleaning!
Professional, efficient, and delivered as promised. Does it get any better than this? I contemplated buying a new couch because I heard some horror stories on paying some of these franchise steam cleaning companies.
