Dave did an incredible job! Earlier this week, one of my dogs got very sick due to a diet change. Anyway, I Reached out, needing services explaining the situation. That was yesterday, Tuesday the 24th. He just got done cleaning my carpets this morning! They came out great and they look brand new!!! Definitely recommend I will be using His company moving forward 2-3 Times a year when we get our carpets cleaned.

Tom send me harassing text massages about quoting me for “cleaning my carpet”. I believe he was trying to make a sexual innuendo there.

David was professional, punctual and polite. He was knowledgeable about the products he used and what I should expect after the service. I have pets, and some concerns about smell. Additionally, I had some staining and high traffic areas that needed revitalizing. I am highly satisfied with the results of his cleaning and deodorizing. Stop reading reviews - just at my before and after picture! After tenants left my home an absolute disaster, I thought I would have to replace the carpets. Thank goodness I spent the time pouring through reviews (and now you don’t have to). Steam Pro Cleaning & Restoration not only made the carpets look like new, they were a pleasure to work with. Professional, prompt, trustworthy…everything you’re probably looking for. Call them!
