David showed up on time and did an excellent job on our dirty carpets! We are very pleased as he got out lots of stains and it looks so good and smells fantastic we recommend david to whoever needs a great carpet cleaner at a reasonable price.

David was Awesome. I tried multiple companies to get my rugs cleaned. No one returned calls. Like no one wants business or work anymore. David actually answered his phone. Set up immediate appointment to get the job done. Did an excellent job. Great price. I definitely entered his number in my phone contacts for future business. 10 Stars :)

I had my regular appointment with Stanley Steamer as usual, but I kept thinking, the last couple of times it has not been good and I have paid them a lot of money. So I began to check on Google for someone else I might use, and luckily I ran across this Co. Steam Pro Clean and called it. I had another company scheduled to clean our carpets but they bailed at the last minute. We had tenants moving in and needed the carpets cleaned on that day. I called Dave in the morning and he was super flexible and very professional. He was able to get us into the schedule on the same day, and did a great job. The rate was also comparable to the big company stanley steamer. My opinion; stanley steamer does ok sometimes, but sometimes not so much. Our results were excellent, and the tenants are happy.
