I am highly impressed on how amazing this company did on cleaning my rugs and carpets! Collin and Jonathan worked really hard to get my rugs and carpet looking and smelling new again! They were able to remove every single stain! Thanks guys! Definitely recommend and will use again!
Updated Review.... After I left my review about the carpet not being cleaned properly, the owner reached out to make things right. We ended up agreeing that he would come back and clean the couch (@ discount). I was a bit skeptical at first, especially considering how the carpet turned out, but to my surprise, the owner himself came & he really did a great job. Amazing job! I’ve never been happier with a carpet cleaning service. The technician was punctual, efficient, and left no mess behind. His customer service was second to none, he was very polite and had a great work ethic. I run a business with several high traffic areas, and when the job was completed, the carpets looked brand new. Great job. Highly recommended.
We enthusiastically recommend Steam Pro! Bernie and his crew stretched our carpet throughout our house and then cleaned the carpet. It looks fantastic! We will definitely be repeat customers!
