Amazing job! I’ve never been happier with a carpet cleaning service. The technician was punctual, efficient, and left no mess behind. His customer service was second to none, he was very polite and had a great work ethic. I run a business with several high traffic areas, and when the job was completed, the carpets looked brand new. I called Steam Pro on a Friday at noon to ask if there was even a small chance someone could come out to correct a carpet shampoo done just the day before that went very wrong. Not only were they able to come out within 3 hours, but the previous shampoo errors were corrected and everything now looks fantastic!!! Thank you for everything! We will be repeat customers without a doubt!!!
