He said he was going to call me before going to the house and he did not. He then overcharged me to do basically nothing. As you can see from the picture posted below there were large stains that needed attention that he did not attempt to clean nor did he call me to discuss. best choice They are the carpet cleaners I am most comfortable with. They will be maintaining my carpet from now on. They did a very good in making my carpet look new.
Steam Pro Carpet Cleaning is the best We had a great experience with Steam Pro. We needed the carpet cleaned for whole house because it hadn't been done in years. They have some very reasonable prices as well. And they didn't pull any funny stuff on the price like one place we went with a number of years ago.
