Keith came the very next day after calling for an appointment. Our carpet had not been cleaned in about three years, we have indoor pet and high traffic areas where grandkids play. We had three rooms and hallway cleaned and he did a great job. Price was very reasonable and got a quote to come back and clean our couch and chairs...Thanks for good service. Keith did an excellent job cleaning our carpets.
Originally gave these guys a 5 not really seeing the work they did, was going off pics they sent me. But after going to my home and making several attempts to get things right and after many promises and lies I had to come here n make sure Keith and his team received the one star they deserved. I had to go shampoo my carpet myself which I was trying to avoid. And it smelled n looked so much better. I wasted money paying them to do what I should have done in the first place.
