Asked Steam Pro to clean one room but their deal is 3 rooms for $49.95 so we took it. They asked on the phone about spots and we answered that we did not know what caused them since we had not lived in the home, but the spots were the main reason we needed the carpets cleaned. The tech looked at the carpets and added $60.00 to clean the spots. (Doesn't cleaning include spots?) The next day the spots were still there. Should have rated earlier. Tech hose leaked on laminate and carpet 2 rooms and oriental, which was my mistake by allowing him to do oriental. Within week, dòg got seriously ill and within next 2 weeks I started to itch and swell with sores up legs. By using leaking hoses it not only gave opening to toxic Waste on bare flooring but now in carpet. Last thing my Dr asked "have you had carpets cleaned?" I had not connected the two, carpet and illnesses. After over 1000.00 on carpet being released I now have 3rd cleaning company ... read more
