Sketchy Business, they had me write the check payable to “Tipsy Pig”?
I would have rated this zero if the option was available. They did a terrible job and they are scammers. The technician stole pills out of our house and then agreed to return them because of the camera footage we have. He apologized stating he has a bad back and no insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I'm very disappointed in this company. First off they did not clean the couch like they were supposed to. Second the cleaning tech Anthony was going into rooms he was not supposed to. The owner told me i was nuts and that his equipment cost over $70,000. The busted up with pedophile van that showed up was not that much. And then to tell me i'm not getting a refund because he don't do this is ridiculous. Bad bad business. Never using them again.
Completely got ripped off... They tried to distract me and keep me separated, something was off... Plus went from $49-129. DONT EVER USE.
Definitely not a legitimate business. Found them on "The Home Mag" and saw that they performed grout cleaning services. If I could give less than a star, I would. Long story short: they flooded one of our second floor bathrooms, where water leaked down to the first floor. Also the wires/tubes for their cleaning machine damaged some of our baseboard trim because the technician was careless.
