Mark and his crew at Steam on Wheels just completed what we thought was a collapsed sewer line. Upon investigation with their camera and jetting the line. We found an old service line with a bad sweep. Dug it up and replaced sweep. Very competent with the right equipment to do the job. Really enjoyed working with them.
Steam offers superior quality, and no corners are cut.
I hate a sink drain issue that was fixed promptly and efficiently. They guys took extra time to help me with a toilet issue. They were heroes!
Tried a 10 min solution, which did NOTHING to fix the problem, charged full price and kept making excuses. M.O. seems to be to say they have a camera that should be arriving soon and they will come back to finish the job…then they stop returning phone calls. Called Roto Rooter..it was a simple hair/grease block and they fixed the situation before leaving, cheaper too! Asked around and others in town have had same experience. Super shady!
