Cat urine emergency!! Ray came ON A SATURDAY, same day, was here when he said he would be, was super informative and explained what he was doing. The couch is in much better shape now and if we (or you!) need help getting furniture / a rug anything cleaned up call without hesitation!
My upholstered furniture looks new again! I can't believe that my sofas and chairs, having gone through various dogs and spills over the past six years are spotless. Even the grime on the arms of the chairs has disappeared. I wish I had thought to take a before and after picture so everyone could see how effective Steam Medic's process was on my furniture.
