I scheduled a cleaning using a coupon for three rooms for $99. However, upon arrival, I was informed of a square footage limit that was not disclosed on the coupon or mentioned during our initial scheduling call. As a result, I was charged $200 for three rooms—double the expected price—excluding closets. While I understand that limits may apply, the lack of transparency regarding these terms is very concerning. Larry Wymer, the technician, was very helpful, confirmed his appointment timely, arrived on time and communicated very clearly and thoroughly. He answered my many questions and gave me good advice as to what he recommended to clean the mobile home he inspected for me.
