Super happy with the results. One room had a lot of stains and gum worked into the carpet and now it looks fresh and clean! Paul and his cowork (didnt catch his name) were great, super knowledgeable and kind!
Today we had a terrible incident with our dogs and we needed our carpet and sectional cleaned fast! I googled and found Steam Masters. The technician Paul was here in 2.5 hours!! The work he did was amazing! We will be calling Steam Masters again when we are ready for their services again!
This was my first time getting any carpet cleaning done, but Paul did not disappoint AT ALL! He was very great with communication and what he thought should be done, he also did an excellent job. We’re moving out of this apartment, and he left the carpets looking almost like new!!

Called at 8pm on a Sunday to look into having two swivel chairs deep cleaned. They answered and set me up for Tuesday morning. The gentlemen who arrived, Daniel and Matt, were both courteous and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and had my chairs looking awesome in less than an hour! I would highly recommend their services.
