I had a great experience with Steam Master Cleaning! Kyle was the first technician to come out — he was kind, knowledgeable, honest, and very efficient. The next day, I noticed there was still a bit of an odor (from cat pee), so I called back. They were very accommodating and quickly set up a return visit. Paul came the second time, and he was also friendly, professional, and efficient — plus, I enjoyed his cheerful accent! Both visits were handled wonderfully. Great job, Steam Master Cleaning!

We had our carpeted floors cleaned this morning. Our service technician was a man named Ed. I want to commend Ed for his great work today. He was very thorough; he paid close attention to highly-traveled areas; he remained courteous and pleasant and professional throughout the entire procedure. I have an injured back and could only move things off of tables and such; Ed cheerfully removed chairs and heavy objects that I simply could not lift. Super happy with the results. One room had a lot of stains and gum worked into the carpet and now it looks fresh and clean! Paul and his cowork (didnt catch his name) were great, super knowledgeable and kind!
