Juan was fantastic and knowledgable about what would work and what wouldn't for my vintage rugs. He started cleaning one and noticed that it was tearing a bit and stopped immediately and let me know that it would be best not to clean that particular rug. All of the others were wool and they look brand new! Thanks Juan.

BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH. They promote a $99 two room cleaning special, when in actuality, no one can get service for just $99. There is also a service fee ($49), environmental fee, etc. and various up charges, which were never disclosed even when I asked if there were any additional costs over the phone. The tech that showed up at my condo quoted over $500 to clean a 10x13 ft room, after promoting just $99 over the phone.
