John was very professional. He did a fantastic job and gave our 20 year old carpet nee life!!
John was knowledgeable, professional, and timely on both occasions I worked with him. He did an excellent job reviving my carpet, he even gave extra time and attention on a stain that had set in. I would definitely book him again in the future!
We had a housekeeper who used a scented spray on our carpets and I happened to be allergic to a lot of those. Once we figured out where the smell was coming from, I called Steam Master Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning at about 5:00 and left a voicemail explaining the situation, asking for help, and offering to pay an after-hours charge for him to come out that day.
