We used Eric to steam clean 2 area rugs and 2 upholstered power recliners. Eric did a fantastic job, very professional and through and price was very reasonable. Anyone looking to have steam cleaning done I highly recommend that you contact Eric. Again thank you Eric for a great experience.
My name is Dennis, I am posting this review on my fiances account Gail... It was a Saturday morning and i looked through the google pages for a carpet cleaning business. After calling 3 of them with great dissatisfaction .. I called my 4th business and Eric at Steam Master answered the phone. He said he was at a store shopping and did not work on Saturdays but told me that he will come by and take care of my 3 rooms of soiled carpet. I was so impressed with this company. Eric went over and beyond to help me salvage my couch. He is very knowledgeable and has great work ethic. He called the next day to check on my couch and came back out to try to resolve my problem which he managed to do. I am so thankful for his attention to detail and that he truly cared about solving my problem. I highly recommend this company.
