My carpet was cleaned very nicely....overall, was one of the best cleanings I've had.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. The tech came to my house and took 15 minutes to clean 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a set of stairs with the landing. No way my carowt was clean. I contacted them and thry told me it shoukd take between and hour and an hour and a half. They offered to come back at no charge. Well, they sent the same tech and this time he cleaned for 14 minutes. Its all vaight on my "Ring" camera. I reached to ask for a refund and they stopped responding. Jeff Hurley left carpet dirtier than before he began and refused to make it right. If I was looking to get my carpet cleaned I would hire another provider. I ended up hiring another cleaner to redo his terrible job. Rebuttal to his lying reply: see comments from my text to jeff on the day he was to return to redo. Jeff was on time and did an excellent job on my two rooms of carpet. He was able to remove a spill that I had tried several different things to remove. I will definitely use his services again.
