Steam Giant cleaned my rug and area rugs today. They arrived at scheduled time. Both were respectful. My carpets look good and smell good. Will recommend to family & friends. Good job !! See you in about 6-8 months.
Fantastic service and results. Great work ethic. Very reasonable. We had some real tough carpet urine stains and smell and Michael came back, at no extra cost, until the issue was totally resolved. Highly recommend. He also steam cleaned a mattress and did a great job.
Mike and Eddie did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and rug in our new home. They took the time to figure out some problem areas and made everything look and smell as good as new. Plus, they were both kind, genuine, and extremely helpful. All of our communications were thorough and responsive, and everything was cost effective as well. There is no one I would trust or recommend more than Steam Giant!
