DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They did not show up for cleaning then acted so unprofessional/unapologetic. They stopped answering calls and offered nothing in the ways of compensation or rescheduling. I gave them multiple opportunities through texts and voicemails and they just never answered phone or called back. Extremely inconvenient considering we moved all our furniture in our house. Went with a competitor and they were able to fit us in ASAP.
The reason for 1 star is that we had an appointment scheduled through Ralph for August 9th at 9am and NO ONE SHOWED UP! We DID NOT receive any calls either. Tried calling several times and was only able to leave messages. As of today August 12th, we have still not received a phone call.
Cleaned my couch and loveseats AND carpet the a new puppy christened. Looks great and smell is totally gone. All at a very reasonable price and a senior discount. Great business!

Steam Force did an incredible job cleaning my carpets. I didn't think my carpets would get clean so I had already picked out new carpet swatches. I decided to call Steam Force before installing new carpets, and I am so glad I gave Steam Force a call. They came out the next day. They saved me a lot of money.
