Update. Still no resolution to my issue. I am now dealing through Home Depot services for over a month now and they are dancing around to not fix this issue. They give me times to visit that does not meet my schedule. When I provides dates to visit at the times they provided, they change the available time to another time that I am not available. Excellent service
These people came to steam clean a rental I had and left terrible stains throughout a formerly clean area. They took just 40 min to clean six rooms and 14 stairs. Hardly any extraction. I provided pictures and they didn’t follow up with me until I got them on the phone at 330 in a Saturday. They only offered a redo, but it was a rental and they weren’t available until after my landlord charged me back the cost and the property changed hands . Poor start: strong finish. Having complied with all the stated requirements of moving furniture and vacuuming the area, I was less than impressed to receive a call two hours into the four hour window, in which I was expecting the carpet cleaners to arrive, telling me that they couldn't be there that day. Technician Blue Brent did an excellent job in rectifying hot water tank leak in shortest time. He informed me his arrival time and came on stipulated time. He is friendly and nice guy. He advised me about upkeep of maintenance.
