Communication was excellent took my area rug in for cleaning and they were unfortunately unable to clean let me know right away, they disposed of it for me and gave me a refund. Pleasant staff from start to finish. Will not hesitate to use their services in the future.
The two technicians who came out today to clean our ducts, furnace and vents was courteous, very professional and treated our home with respect. They are efficient and left out house the way I would want it. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. Great communication and will be using the services again. Definitely recommend and thank you for making the air quality better and noticeable right away.
My carpets were cleaned mostly as expected, but I feel that the cleaners rushed the job. One carpet tread needs a repair now as carpet was stretched. The male was particularly abrasive in his manner, the female quite lovely. They didn't have booties for us so we had to make alternate arrangements to deal with wet carpet, which we did.
Very poor quality cleaning. Left half of the carpets smelling like wet stinky laundry. Hired to do a move in carpet clean on carpets that were less than a year old. Do not recommend. See further negative reviews on yelp. My request for a manager to follow up were ignored and staff was difficult and sketchy about forwarding my complaint.
