I have been going here for a long time, getting my haircut by Alexa. The vibe of the store is awesome and I always get good haircuts here. I recently decided to change barbers from Alexa to Sarah, Steam and Cuts newest member. Sarah is very nice and fun to talk to. She is extremely talented as well. I typically go in for a haircut unsure as to what I want, so I talked with Sarah and she gave me the exact haircut I was envisioning in my head. I went to see Sarah for a new look yesterday. She not only understood all my half explanations to give me exactly what I wanted but provided a safe and comfortable environment to someone who is nervous in new situations. I am in love with my haircut and my experience.

Alexa is AMAZING. Very detail oriented. She takes her time and doesn’t rush through. My boys love her and I highly recommend her.
Alexa is wonderful person and an amazing barber. She takes the time to talk to you and understand how you want your hair, she also does a great job at explaining her process. The overall experience has you leaving feeling good with yourself and your haircut!
