Kem came and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. We have young children and pets so the job wasn't easy. Very professional and affordable. I would highly recommend for all your carpet needs.

Delighted customer! From the first phone call through the carpet cleaning, Kem was professional, honest, and helpful. I had stains that I had tried to clean, but they left spots, and my carpet needed a regular cleaning. Kem was able to remove the old stains, and my old carpets look so refreshed! I thought my carpet might need to be replaced, but happily, it looks great! I thoroughly recommend Kem and Steam-A-Way LOZ.

Friendly, courteous answered all my questions.Kem showed me all equipment he uses. Carpet looked and smelled great when he was done. Carpet is 30 plus years old. We will definitely use him again.
